  13. I bought a new USR 28800/33600 Sportster Internal Modem.  Everything 
  14. works fine except the ATI11 command, which it returns as an ERROR.

  16. My friend's same USR modem works fine with ATI11.  Only difference is 
  17. his is an external one.

  19. Could anyone advise me if that's a faulty modem, or that's normal?
